October Favourites

BaByliss PRO V2 Volare Ferrari Hair Dryer – This hair dryer has cut my styling time to less than half of what it’s always been, which is incredible for someone with hair as long and thick as mine! Even the ‘normal’ settings are more powerful than my previous hairdryer but it has a ‘turbo shot’ button too, if you’re in a real hurry – and that’s thanks to the Ferrari engine inside its body (no kidding)! It also leaves hair ultra smooth with less frizz, so it’s been a real timesaver. In other words: Best. Hairdryer. EVER.

Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick (107 Wine) – For me, this is the lipstick shade of Autumn, so I know that the season has officially arrived when this starts dropping into my make-up routine more and more. It’s a lovely deep red wine shade with excellent staying power. If you’re interested, you can read more and see the lipstick swatched HERE.

Shine Angel Professional Ultra Shine Brush – This is an amazing blow-drying and styling brush because it has natural boar bristles, which helps to eliminate static and frizz for a much smoother finish. I’ve noticed quite a significant difference in shine, helping to create a salon finish, when using this brush. I don’t know how I ever managed without it!

How To Fall In Love – Cecelia Ahern (Paperback Book) – I find myself picking up Cecelia Ahern’s books time and time again. How To Fall In Love is a book about hope – that even in our lowest moments, it can all become right again. The premise very much reminds me of one of my favourite Christmas films It’s A Wonderful Life: After talking a man, Adam, down from committing suicide, Christine has just two weeks to change his life and teach him to fall in love with his life again before his next birthday. Truly heart-warming!

Happy Halloween!
