Lifestyle | Spread The Love

love

I have seen the Spread the Love event being passed around the blogosphere, it’s one that I always enjoy reading because it gives you the warm fuzzies inside, so I was pleased to see that my friend Jill tagged me to join in with it!

The rules

  1. Write 10 four-word sentences about what love means to you
  2. Share your favourite quote on love
  3. Nominate 10 other bloggers to join in

hearts2

Love is…

An abundance of memories

Telling each other everything

Supporting each other, always

Reaching your dreams together

Cuddles and a movie

Sharing smiles and laughs

To never feel lonely

To grow old together

An act of kindness

Hobbies, passions and interests

It was quite a challenge to be limited to just 10 sentences, as love is so many things to so many people. Now to share one of my favourite quotes:

notebook

“The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds, and that’s what you’ve given me.”

This is taken from one of my favourite romantic films, The Notebook, originating from one of my favourite books by Nicholas Sparks, who is a genius at writing a goose-bump worthy sentence or two-thousand. I think that this quote in particular captures a lot of the feelings that love can inspire.
